In My Element – Song Of the Day 1

In My Element is a song I wrote about being in the zone where you are performing at an optimal level, where time flies by and you were following your bliss and you didn’t notice it fly by. This is the state we should be trying to be in as often as we can. Inspired by the TED talk by Sir Ken Robinson and his book.   Here’s a solo live performance from Bewley’s Cafe Theatre a few years ago.
