So I’m playing in Knockanstockan Festival (facebook event is here) tomorrow from 6pm in The Bog Cottage doing a few poems with Stephen James Smith from our Arise and Go Collaboration and also my own songs with Rama Block on Bass and Eimear Lynch on the fiddle. Fellow Urchin Collective members Pearse McGloughlin and Justin Grounds will be performing their collaborativeIdiot Songs after us so The Bog Cottage is the place to be if you are heading to Knockanstockan tomorrow Saturday.
Stephen James Smith and I are also playing a set in Sligo on Sunday after a screening of No Country for Old Men, which is a documentary about WB Yeats that Stephen and Colm Keegan (Another great Dublin Poet) and myself were part of.
The Gospel Project, who I’ve been singing with for the past year are on 4Fm’s Guaranteed Irish on Sunday at 9pm, where we perform the Elbow Cover One Day Like This
I’ll be playing in Bewely’s on grafton Street with The Lazy band on Monday from 8pm. It usually fills up quick so i hope to see you there if you’re in Dublin.
